This branding solution began as a response to Mental Health Services’ (MHS) Request for Proposal. Due to changes in health care, new approaches to mental health care and the evolution of the services MHS provides, MHS felt they needed a new brand. One failed attempt at a name change prompted this last attempt at retaining outside help.
Upon winning the work, designRoom met with all the key stakeholders and included them in our branding process. Discovery led to this insight – their staff is, literally, working on the front line, shoulder to shoulder with first responders. Law enforcement calls MHS before anyone else, knowing they’ll respond immediately to resolve the crisis at hand.
The new brand and tag line came out of our branding process, one of two final choices. Once the logo was completed, designRoom helped them sell it to their board and to their staff and designed the campaign that led up to a successful launch event.
