We take measured, proven steps through our branding process. These can include a lot of little steps, depending on the scope of work. But they always lead to a successful outcome.

We discover as much about our client and their brand as we can: goals, culture, history, environment, audience, and the attitudes and perceptions of clients and stakeholders. This may be in the form of quantitative or qualitative research, and surveys presented in a formal report. Assessment may also be comprised of informal research completed by our creative and/or account services teams. Either way, Assessment serves as the groundwork for positioning, branding, and all creative work.

Create

Create

From what we learn in Assessment, our creative team will identify key words to guide our creative work and keep it on strategy. Then we do what we’re known for — design and messaging. This includes sketching and word mapping. Clients are included at each step for feedback and approvals. Final deliverable will depend on the scope of the project, but will always include final design and color approvals and final messaging, content, and copy approvals.

Deliver

Deliver

Once final designs and messaging are approved they are applied to targeted media. Art files and content documents are sent to our client and to specified vendors in the formats and sizes they need, including web pages, advertising, and social descriptions and content. This is also where brand guidelines are created and delivered.
